Training Description

Increased awareness of implicit bias in the workplace, combined with practical strategies for countering bias, can help cultivate an inclusive organizational culture.

This training can be offered as a 2-hour training or a 12-hour experiential training in which participants learn how to recognize and acknowledge their own biases which include race bias, affinity bias, halo bias, age bias, and confirmation bias. Participants will also recognize the negative effects of bias within your organization, as well as the benefits of employees working together to create an inclusive and welcoming workplace for everyone.

Our training utilizes the principles of restorative practices to minimize shame amongst participants.
