Cultivating Restorative Workplaces
We can supplement your traditional employee assistance program (EAP) with interpersonal and effective solutions for employee well-being. Our services are active in helping organizations prevent and cope with workplace violence, trauma, and other interpersonal situations.
We offer restorative sessions to respond to workplace conflict including conflict resolution, healing, and support. Our trained mental health professionals will facilitate restorative conversations following disruptions and/or help to address difficult issues within your organization. The goal is to build a supportive, intentional, and equitable community with conditions conducive to learning and working. We will work with your HR department to create a plan to address your organization's unique needs.
We offer corporate counseling services designed to help employees build workplace relationships, improve communication skills, understand and manage their emotions, and learn conflict resolution strategies. We can meet with employees confidentially off-site to support them with personal and work-related relationship and communication problems. We also offer group counseling services for employees such as grief circles and community building circles.
EAP corporate counselors also work in a consultative role with managers and supervisors to address employee and organizational challenges and needs.
