Training Description
Using restorative practices and a trauma-responsive approach is a strategic plan for improving workplace culture and worker well-being.
Restorative practices can also be used proactively and in a preventative way within the workplace to develop strong, positive relationships.
Our Cultivating Restorative Workplaces training involves:

We also offer a 12-hour experiential training designed to equip employers, leaders, and employees to respond to workplace conflict including conflict resolution, healing, support, information exchange, and relationship development.
