ABOUT THE CIRCLE OF HEALING

 A CR3 Circle of Healing involves a group of people who gather together with the clear intention of healing and restoration.The key principles of the Circle Process are to: honor the presence, perspectives and contributions of each individual, promote the connection and collaboration amongst indviduals; support emotional expression; and give equal voice to all. 

 

The CR3 Circle of Healing can be used in many settings, including neighborhoods, schools, workplaces, families, and marriages. There are many different types of Circles, such as healing, conflict resolution, communication and community building.

1. CR3 Relationship/Community Building Circles

Intention: To provide a space that fosters strong connections, effective communication and  relationship resilience

4. CR3 Self-Care Circles

Intention: To provide a space that promotes individual and collective well-being while addressing these 4 domains:

2. CR3 Compassion Circles

Intention: To provide a space where group members express themselves freely, process thoughts/grief/emotions and support another. 

3. CR3 Restorative Circles

Intention: To provide a space to address conflict and repair harm after an incident or conflict has occurred.
